We're hiring a Head of Technology at Ando.

Ando is building AI-native workforce infrastructure for the 80M+ hourly workers in the U.S. and hundreds of millions globally. We believe the frontline workforce is one of the largest untapped opportunities in technology, and we're building the systems, intelligence, and data infrastructure that will power how work moves in the future.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves AI, data, systems architecture, product development, and building exceptional teams from the ground up.

We're looking for a builder who can partner closely with me, our engineering team, and advisors from Microsoft, Google, and Apple. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of AI/ML expertise, data systems thinking, product intuition, technical leadership, and startup experience.
